Changelog

Find the highlights for each version of Watchtower. Major versions are the main groups; minor versions appear below them, newest first. Small patch updates are included in their minor version’s summary. Dates follow version history and cover the first version through the latest patch included in each summary.

  • Select a device on the dashboard to see its identity, notes, product information and evidence in one place.

  • See Last time Online in the dashboard’s zoomed device view for offline and NO DATA devices. It shows the last confirmed successful check, or Unknown if none is recorded. See Understanding status.

–

  • Reuse weekly schedules across devices, with Expected on, Expected off, and Silenced periods.
  • Paint exceptions into the week, join touching periods, and add special dates for services or events. Saving returns to the schedule list.
  • Manage the Organization time zone in Organization settings; new accounts use the creator’s local time zone.
  • Assign schedules in dashboard order, with Area-wide selection, and keep batch actions visible while editing device layouts.
  • Use warm-up and cool-down allowances, or silence a device temporarily until a chosen time or schedule change.
  • See Unexpectedly online warnings and Offline · as expected states. A hollow red circle identifies expected offline; silenced devices keep solid neutral borders, hatched marks, and explicit labels.
  • Open these guides from Help in your account menu.
  • Read more complete device summaries in nested Areas, with rows balanced around their content.

Schedules flag reachability mismatches; they do not turn equipment on or off. Times use AM/PM in your Organization’s time zone, and missing evidence remains NO DATA.
